Established in 2015, Bake Out strives to produce high quality, fresh products for the local community. We offer a wide variety of products, including our award-winning, handmade, artisan and traditional bread loaves.
Baking bread is an art that has been around for centuries. Artisan bread is a type of bread, that is made using traditional methods, and a variety of ingredients. It is known for its distinctive flavour, texture, and aroma. From the crusty loaves of sourdough, to a traditional French baguette, there is something truly special about *that smell* when bread comes out of the oven. At Bake Out, our Artisan and Traditional breads are made daily, using our unique award winning recipes, using locally sourced ingredients.
We pride ourselves on our cakes, pastries and hot savouries, sandwiches, bagels and panini’s – these are all of the highest quality and are made using locally sourced ingredients. Our best selling products include: our cheese straws, apple danish and pain au raisin – have you tried ours yet?
All of our products are made at our local Sussex bakery in the heart of Lancing – pop in and see for yourself! We have a wide selection of bread, savouries and sweet confections, that will surely satisfy your cravings.
