Dancersize is for the over 50’s. Come and join Mandy and friends for an hour of fun and fitness. Improve muscle tone and loosen up your joints. Dance to all your favourite tunes. Go at your own pace and have a giggle.
Thursdays from 11am to 12noon. £6.60 per person per session. Pay in advance and get two classes for £11.
